Helmets! Most of us have excuses not to wear a helmet. It's too hot, it's too uncomfortable, it's not cool, etc. But we all know the benefits of a helmet and that the added protection can save you the headaches of concussions or serious head injuries! That's why at Skate Molton CIC, we require all of our under-16 skaters to wear one and highly recommend all others.
Even some of the best skaters in the world wear a helmet when trying things out of their comfort zone or abilities.
