Today marks the final day of Skate Molton CIC’s HQ. After an incredible journey, our doors have now closed – but our story is far from over.
Skate Molton HQ has been more than just an indoor skatepark. It has been a community hub built on passion, inclusivity, and the belief that skateboarding, roller skating, and scootering can bring people together. Over the past year, we’ve welcomed skaters of all ages and abilities, run SEN-specific sessions, after school clubs, holiday activities, and created a safe, vibrant space for people to connect, learn, and grow.
We want to say the biggest thank you to everyone who has supported us – whether you’ve rolled through our doors, volunteered your time, shared your skills, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines. Your energy, encouragement, and love for the project has made this an epic journey we’ll never forget.
While the HQ chapter has now closed, Skate Molton CIC isn’t going anywhere. We’ll continue to run free-to-attend sessions, pop-up skate events, and community activities at spaces like the Pannier Market and beyond. Keep an eye on our channels for updates on where we’ll be rolling next.
This isn’t the end – it’s just a new direction. We can’t wait to see you at future events, out in the community, and of course, at the skatepark.
